Just 11 years after joining Donaldson Filtration Systems Sub- Saharan Africa, as a sales engineer hydraulics division, 36 year old Rob Simpson's ability to lead business divisions within the company to strong growth and profitability has earned him recognition of being a person who can perform well in challenging environments, so much so, that he was promoted to managing director of the company with effect from December 1, 2008.
