In the course of a successful working relationship which spans 50 years, Krupp Uhde has undertaken numerous projects for Sasol. Shown here is an immense column that forms part of the fast track, turnkey construction of a high-purity ethanol plant in Secunda. Krupp Uhde took on full responsibility for the plant, handling the project from the initial conceptualisation phase right through to commissioning, using a process developed by Sasol Technology. The majority of sub-contractors were sourced locally.
