The acquisition of the Outukumpu Technology filter business in January 2004 created a E100 million global technology leader with the industry's most complete set of solid/liquid separation produts and services. Larox now operates in 40 countries with over 430 employees.

With the acquisition Larox became a major player in an E800 million market. The new Larox will maintain a sharp focus on solid/liquid separation but with a wider range of products and an enhanced level of expertise.
