State-of-the-art design features on JCB's new backhoe loader series maximise machine and operator performance, setting new industry standards.
Babcock Equipment has unveiled the most advanced backhoe from UK based original equipment manufacturer, JCB. JCB leads the world with the industry's widest range of backhoe loaders, and in one of the most important JCB product launches, local distributor, Babcock Equipment has introduced the new JCB 3CX and 4CX models, which are designed for even harder work, increased productivity and greater comfort.
While high performance and quality remain the hallmarks of the machine, operator ease of use and comfort now play an equally important role. The result is a machine which is world class by design - the most productive, operator-friendly JCB ever and one which pushes back the boundaries of the backhoe loader concept.
The new JCB features an all-new automotive quality cab built for comfort and ease of use; JCB Precision Control - easier to operate seat mounted controls; a significant increase in all-round visibility; in-cab noise levels which are up to 2 dB (A) lower; new four and six-speed powershift transmissions, with up to 11% more tractive effort; enhanced roading performance; and a 15% increase in shovel tearout to 59.2 kN, together with a 26% rise in loader lift capacity to 4,1888 kg.
