Sephaku Cement, an 80,2% held subsidiary of HDSA controlled and JSE listed Sephaku Holdings, has announced that the company has appointed Nedbank Capital, a division of Nedbank Limited, as mandated lead arranger of the project finance facilities for the company's new cement projects in the North West Province and Mpumalanga.
