March 2001
Rockwell Automation introduces the MCS-E3 and MCS-E3 Plus motor protection relays by Allen Bradley. These electronic devices enable comprehensive motor protection, preventative alarm functions and a broad variety of control functions, as well as communication by DeviceNet connection.
The relays represent a further addition to the modular control system. They are multifunctional devices with integrated communication that can be directly fitted to the MCS-C contactor up to 85 A. They are also suitable in applications of up to 2 250A if a primary current transformer is used.
