President Jacob Zuma's National Anti-Corruption Hotline pays dividends as 235 government officials are found guilty of misconduct. Over R100 million has been recovered by the Special Investigations Unit, which probed several government departments, municipalities and agencies.

MECs accountable

Minister Tokyo Sexwale is holding Housing MECs accountable to deliver housing targets and use the R16bn housing budget wisely. This follows Sexwale's delivery agreement with President Jacob Zuma, earlier this year. The Minister of Human Settlements told media at the Polokwane signing: "We are a team - if I fall, they fall with me. If I rise, they rise with me as well."

R100m Pretoria North project

Nedbank funds R100 million Gallaway Manor, a new urban designer lifestyle development in Pretoria North. Manie Annandale of Nedbank Corporate Property Finance: Affordable Housing Development Unit, announced Nedbank has provided R34 million for the installation of services and infrastructure for 428 sectional title units.
