August 2010
A new, ‘Lighting in Design', pavilion will be launched at Gallagher Convention Centre as part of Decorex Joburg from 5 - 9 August. It is the first time in South Africa that architects, lighting designers, consulting engineers and interior designers will be able to see such a diverse range of lighting products and services at a single venue and I urge you all to attend. The show runs over five days and includes a weekend and the public holiday on Monday 9 August, giving everyone a chance to get there, even those of you who are too busy to take time off work. Running alongside the exhibition on day one, a seminar, Conversations on Architecture, will give delegates the opportunity to hear Keith Bradshaw, Paul Pamboukian, Anthony Tischhauser and Peter Rich speak on the subject of Light+Architecture. If you have not already reserved your place, log onto the Decorex site and book your ticket - it is an event that will be worth attending.
