SEW Eurodrive has partnered with New Seasons Investments Holdings, which has acquired 26% of the entire issued share capital. This is the first time in the 75-year history of the multinational company that shares have been sold outside of the family. The company's local operations are reaping benefits from the upgraded assembly facility in Nelspruit, which has supplied 30 110 kW and 12 185 kW MC units to the Mototolo mine in Steelpoort.
