One day training course

A one day training course introducing the legislation pertaining to small and medium solar and wind energy grid feed-in systems; considering various grid-tied system types with or without battery back-up; using PV solar as a back-up system for load shedding and demand management; designing, specifying and calculating for inverter specifications and PV solar panel and battery requirements, amongst others.

The course covers theoretical and practical aspects and is presented by the Lapp Group's Solarcon division, supported with a German solar trainer teaching kit. One CPD credit can be earned for ECSA requirements. The next course will be held on 27 August 2011 at the Lapp Building in Modderfontein, Gauteng.
