UD Trucks Southern Africa recently received a Gold Award in the 2011 NADA Dealer Satisfaction Survey.
NADA, the National Automobile Dealers' Association is the professional body that represents the interest of new vehicle franchise dealerships around the country. Their annual Dealer Satisfaction Survey (DSI) evaluates the relationship between dealerships and OEMs in a number of categories such as parts and stock availability, communication and technical support.
UD Trucks Southern Africa was one of only two truck manufacturers who received a Gold Award, and scored particularly high in the ‘customer-friendly' ratings.

UD Trucks Southern Africa has more than 60 dealers in the southern African region, including Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
