This course is designed to be able to identify and explain the legal and specific requirements, which regulates the reporting and investigation of incidents in the workplace. The learners will complete the required reports and be able to process any physical evidence, which was collected. Aligned to unit standard 259617
On completion of the course the delegates will understand: Incident investigation practices and legal requirements; the requirements for workplace safety, health and environment incident investigation; how to collate gathering information for workplace safety, health and environment incident investigations; and conducting post-investigation activities.
To participate in this programme the delegate must have NQF Level 1 and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 1.
The course is aimed at all health and safety representatives, who are required to become investigate incidents in the workplace.
An Affsaf certificate will be issued. The one day course costs R850 and will be held in Cape Town on February 8th, Boksburg on February 22nd and Durban on February 23rd 2012
