Participants in the virtual factory tour can follow the journey of a GEMÜ valve from the incoming goods department to quality assurance and assembly, to the final dispatch process. Along with a personal guide, anyone interested can take part in a virtual 3D tour, share thoughts, ask questions and gain insights – almost as if they were visiting the GEMÜ facilities in person.
The focus and scope of the tour can be decided according to individual preferences. The visit could include, among other locations, stainless steel manufacturing at the headquarters in Ingelfingen-Criesbach, assembly in the GEMÜ Production and Logistics Centre and cleanroom manufacturing in Emmen, Switzerland. The Virtual Factory Tour is being expanded gradually to include other GEMÜ sites as well.
