To ensure precautionary, proactive measures to minimise the risk of spreading the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) IESSA has announced that it will be taking its courses online, via the Zoom Webinar based platform. IESSA is proud to be able to provide courses nationally and provide course access to its members. IESSA’s focus remains the development of skills and to develop and promote Accredited Lighting Practitioners (ALP’s) through training, application and registration.

A key benefit to members is the new fee structure for the online courses, providing a provisional 69% reduction in fees from the standard course fee structure. The first course to be presented online is Module 2: Interior Lighting, scheduled for the 14th and 15th July. An updated course schedule shall be issued shortly to list future courses.

The closing date for registration for Module 2: Interior Lighting, for which two CPD points can be earned, is 6th July. The presenter will be André Blignaut and the following topics will be covered in the course:
