Redefine Properties has appointed Antoinette Coetzee to the position of retail asset manager. She has held the position of retail analyst at the company for the past three years.
Coetzee brings with her a firm grounding in listed equity analysis in the retail, beverage and luxury goods sectors, and will now oversee the management of Redefine’s vast retail portfolio. Her new responsibilities include strategic planning for the retail property portfolio, with a dedicated focus on driving increased returns and exploiting opportunities to reduce risk and improve the retail portfolio.
Andrew Konig, CEO of Redefine Properties, says: “For the past three years Antoinette has been a key member of our property management team, and we believe that her valuable research skills and broad retail knowledge will add value to our retail portfolio.”
Before joining Redefine, Coetzee (33) spent eight years as a buy-side and sell-side analyst. She holds a BCom (Hons) in Investment Management from the Rand Afrikaans University (now known as the University of Johannesburg).
