MARS LED lighting systems from the Magnet Group have been designed for energy efficiency and optimum quality of light in commercial buildings, warehouses and distribution centres, parkades and perimeter installations.
Magnet – sole distributor of the MARS LED range – completed the installation of the recyclable fittings, as part of an energy saving lighting project at a new Cape Town Boxer Superstores supermarket.

“Precise analysis and defined performance parameters during laboratory testing ensure the highest levels of accuracy in every aspect of lighting, including design and manufacture.”
Locally manufactured MARS LED lighting systems, which have been designed for easy installation and simple retrofit projects, offer high quality, low glare light, available in different distributions, from approximately 60 to more than 120. This customisable range is also available with dimmable functions and is supported by a five year guarantee.
Magnet recently completed the installation of these recyclable fittings as part of an energy saving lighting project at a new Boxer Superstores supermarket in Cape Town.
LED linear strips are designed to slide easily into the P200 channel, held securely together with magnetic gear. All the installer has to do is connect the power supply. The modular design of these fittings facilitates customisation of lengths, lumen output and wattages to suit every application. An extruded rail enables easy mounting and replacement of LED boards and an electronic driver, with adjustable output settings, ensures flicker-free operation.
