market-readiness with the panther-plus package,
viz five years of warranty on all proprietary DOLL
components in the vehicle. “Since after delivery a
vehicle hardly ever returns to our workshop, the
majority of our service personnel can be used for the
production of new vehicles” says DOLL employee of 37
years’ standing, Rolf Gerhardt, Engineering Manager.
Third-party components are dispensed with, because
operational reliability and optimal driving characteristics
require precise matching independent wheel suspension
components, with the frame and chassis design. This
tailored synchronisation with the frame, enables the
specially patented panther components to do without
soft bearings and the use of rubber in the axles, results
in extraordinarily low maintenance and low wear, while
driveability is improved. This also means improvements
in terms of road conservation.

About DOLL
Now in its fourth generation, DOLL Fahrzeugbau AG is a
vehicle construction company family-run business, located
in Oppenau in Black Forest. It has established itself as a
high-tech specialist for transport solutions.
In 2009, with the start up of DOLL Sachsen GmbH in
Mildenau, Saxony, DOLL opened an additional production
facility. Originally established as a coach manufacture in
1878, DOLL is now segmented into the three divisions of
timber transport, heavy transport and airfield and sells its
vehicles worldwide.
