Pilot Crushtec International
launched a
fleet of new products at the show, which
it believes provides the ideal showcase
for the company’s latest and most inno-
vative offerings in crushing and screening
products and ancillary equipment. These
include not only imported machinery but
also its own range of locally manufac-
tured products, purposely designed and
built to meet African conditions.
“From Pilot Crushtec International’s
perspective, the timing is perfect as it
coincides with our introduction of a
wider variety of bigger, higher capacity
products to suit operator needs as well as
innovations to assist customers in maxi-
mising their return on investment,” say
director sales Graham Kleinhans.
The company went big with a

“Our ability to stage this comprehensive
display based almost entirely upon new
additions to the range, demonstrates
that the Pilot Crushtec stable of products
is expanding. This is a direct result of our
strategy to source and develop products
that add value to our customers’ opera-
tions,” says Kleinhans.
Prime examples of this strategy are
the electrical, energy-efficient TwisterTrac
VS350 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher
and the DoppiaTrac DR400 Double Roll
Crusher, both conceived and manufac-
tured in Pilot Crushtec International’s
extensive manufacturing facilities.
“We are proud to be showcasing
the world-class Sandvik UJ540 which is
the biggest mobile crusher ever to be
displayed at a show in South Africa. We
are also introducing the upgraded Pilot
Modular/TRIO MJ3042 jaw crusher, which
is now available with a pre-feeder pre-
screen,” he says.
