Plastics SA is proud to welcome Kim Arendse as new regional training administrator for the Western Cape and Port Elizabeth regions. Kim holds a National Diploma in Human Resource Management and will be based full-time at the PSA offices in Maitland, Cape Town.
Prior to joining the plastics industry, Kim worked at Dyna Training and NQ Plus Networks, a training provider that specialises in management training and assessments. She is native to Cape Town and grew up in the Mother City’s northern suburbs.
Commenting on her new appointment, Kim says: “I am very excited about my new career. The plastics industry is quite new for me, but I look forward to learning everything I can and adapting to the new challenges that await”.
Regional training manager Isabelle Brettenny says Kim has hit the ground running since she started at Plastics SA and has already proven herself to be very helpful and a hard worker.
“It will be Kim’s responsibility to ensure the smooth running of our office by liaising with clients who want to set training dates for their workforce, ensure the necessary paperwork is completed correctly and assist us in promoting the various courses to our clients. We hope she will enjoy a long and fruitful career at Plastics SA,” Isabelle concluded.
