Simple and cost-effective cooling
JTB Operations Manager Peter Hughes explains: “Noga cooling systems are applicable in all metalworking operations to alleviate points where friction occurs between the tool and the work piece, producing heat and tool wear. To counteract these harmful influences, Noga cooling systems are introduced at the contact points between the tool and the work piece. Hughes notes: “Large automatic machines are a key part of modern manufacturing plants producing metal or plastic parts. Factory workers are required to handle and inspect every part coming from these machines, and they will also be tasked with removing the burrs - unwanted raised edges, or pieces of material - which have appeared during the manufacturing process.
