We are pleased to announce a significant milestone in the growth and evolution of Craft Homes' CBC division: the appointment of four dedicated leaders to the CBC Board of Directors.

Effective immediately, the following long-standing members of the CBC team have been elevated to director roles in their respective fields. Each individual has demonstrated exceptional commitment, expertise, and leadership throughout their tenure and their appointment is a true reflection of the trust placed in them and the value they bring to the organisation.
Francois Rossouw - Commercial Director
Francois brings extensive commercial acumen to the board, with a deep understanding of the contractual, financial, and strategic dimensions of large-scale construction projects. His appointment ensures that CBC's commercial interests are represented at the highest level of decision-making.
Adriaan Claassens - Construction Director
Adriaan's appointment to the board recognises his mastery of construction delivery, from project planning and resource management to quality control and stakeholder coordination. His expertise ensures that CBC's commitment to exceptional craftsmanship remains central to every build.
Dwayne Maass - Civil Director
Dwayne oversees CBC's civil engineering and infrastructure capabilities. His technical depth and practical experience in civil works strengthens CBC's ability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects to the highest standards.
Christopher Manzini - Director of HSE and Compliance
Christopher joined Craft in 2017 and has been instrumental in shaping CBC's safety culture. His leadership philosophy centres on accountability, collaboration, and a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental responsibility. Christopher firmly believes that strong operations and strong safety performance go hand in hand and that empowering teams and improving processes are the foundations of sustainable long-term growth. His elevation to the board ensures that HSE is embedded at the heart of CBC's strategic direction.

Reinier van Loggerenberg will continue in his role as Director, ensuring continuity of leadership and strategic oversight as CBC enters this new chapter.
