Inyatsi Construction Group Holdings is looking at appointing suitably qualified individuals to fill in the following positions in the Civils and Buildings sectors; Contracts Managers, Production Managers, General Foremen, Structural Engineers, Site Engineers and Quantity Surveyors. We are also hiring Workshop/ Plant Foremen and Construction Plant Mechanics.

RESPONSIBILITY:

v     Candidates are required to perform functions associated with the field of interest.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have a degree or diploma qualification in related field from a recognized institution;
  • Have extensive traceable experience (5 to 10 years) in interest field;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Programmes & relevant software) for senior positions, a must;
  • Site and Contracts Managers must have in-depth knowledge of CCS;
  • Ability to train and develop subordinates;
  • Ability to plan, control, execute and report on function, a must;
  • Ability to work under no supervision;
  • Loyalty and high level of confidentiality;
  • These positions require extensive leadership skills;
  • Willingness to relocate.

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • Knowledge of latest trends of construction and construction plant maintenance;
  • Must have commercial experience;
  • Knowledge of relevant Occupational Safety and Health Standards;
  • Ability to organize and delegate work;
  • Manage differences and diversity at the work site;
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Apply good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
