Inyatsi Construction Group Holdings is looking at appointing suitably qualified individuals to fill in the following positions in the Civils and Buildings sectors; Contracts Managers, Production Managers, General Foremen, Structural Engineers, Site Engineers and Quantity Surveyors. We are also hiring Workshop/ Plant Foremen and Construction Plant Mechanics.
RESPONSIBILITY:
v Candidates are required to perform functions associated with the field of interest.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a degree or diploma qualification in related field from a recognized institution;
- Have extensive traceable experience (5 to 10 years) in interest field;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Programmes & relevant software) for senior positions, a must;
- Site and Contracts Managers must have in-depth knowledge of CCS;
- Ability to train and develop subordinates;
- Ability to plan, control, execute and report on function, a must;
- Ability to work under no supervision;
- Loyalty and high level of confidentiality;
- These positions require extensive leadership skills;
- Willingness to relocate.
COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of latest trends of construction and construction plant maintenance;
- Must have commercial experience;
- Knowledge of relevant Occupational Safety and Health Standards;
- Ability to organize and delegate work;
- Manage differences and diversity at the work site;
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Apply good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
