The Ground Maintenance Equipment (GME) available on the continent was bolstered this week due to Bobcat announcing the availability of several GMEs in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
“Bobcat aims to rank within the top-three GME manufacturers in Europe. We are rolling out our ground maintenance machinery across the region to achieve this ambitious goal. Bobcat’s EMEA offering will include compact tractors, zero-turn mowers and turf equipment, supplemented by the company’s existing mini track and small articulated loaders,” explains Gul Nalcaci, Senior Product Manager for the company’s GME range.
Loaders
Bobcat’s MT100 mini track loader and L23 and L28 small articulated loaders have been on the market since 2021. The loaders almost remove manual labour and replace the use of tools like wheelbarrows, shovels and hand tools for various ground maintenance applications.
Turf Equipment
After acquiring Ryan Turf Equipment, Bobcat now offers high-performance turf-care equipment. This expanded portfolio of heavy-duty, commercially built, and long-lasting machinery includes aerators, power rakes and dethatchers, over seeders and sod cutters.
Compact Tractors
Three compact tractor platforms will be available in the EMEA market for the 1000, 2000 and 4000 series. This series features nine new models, each varying in size and horsepower. Bobcat tractors can be equipped with front, mid and rear connections and power take-offs.
