Park Village Auctions will bring to market land, a factory, equipment and vehicles belonging to a Bapsfontein-based industrial engineering concern. That’s the word from PVA’s Clive Lazarus, who says the assets stem from Bukabopa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, which is currently in business rescue.

Land a factory equipment and vehicles stemming from industrial engineering concern are to be sold via PVA auctionjpgThe assets are to be sold individually via a simultaneous live, onsite and online (simulcast) auction on Wednesday, 27 September.

The immovable property comprises a 211 ha farm Portion 67 of the farm Elandsfontein No 412 JR); a large, heavy industrial engineering facility; five residential dwellings; housing for factory employees; a helipad and helicopter hanger; approximately 110 ha dry-land irrigation; and a steel-clad maize silo with a storage warehouse and weighbridge.

Under the banner of plant, machinery and equipment, assets to be sold include laser cutting machines, guillotines, press brakes, circular saws, band saws, pedestal drills, tube benders, assorted lathes, CNC lathes, a spinner, a milling machine, four overhead travelling cranes, 313 kVA and 150 kVA diesel generators, a compressor, welding machines; screens; workbenches; jigs and related equipment, a powder coating line with two spray booths, a paint shop with extraction, workbenches, shelving, contents of central stores, raw materials and material bins, tool cabinets, diesel tanks, scrap metal among many other workshop-related items. There will also be office furniture such as desks, chairs, credenzas, cabinets, kitchen equipment, couches and various office equipment on the block.

Four Toyota Hilux 2.5 D4D SC bakkies; a Nissan 1400 bakkie; VW Constellation 17-250 flatbed, MAN LE10.160, MAN TGL12.180 and MAN 16.224 trucks; a Feeler FD70T 7-ton and a Nissan 3-ton diesel forklifts make up the final lots for the day.

Viewing will be held onsite at Plot 67 of the Farm 412-JR, Cloudy Road, on 21, 22 and 26 September from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
